Description:
This consultation will be the subject of a "composite" framework agreement (market at mixed prices) concluded with a single economic operator, including a part treated in the form of an ordinary market, and a part treated in the form of a framework agreement with order pleasL2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code.
The "ordinary market" part concerns the mastery missions remunerated at a global and flat-rate price on the basis of a rate of remuneration applied to the forecast envelope ofAssigned to the work fixed at the act of engagement per tranche.
These missions are divided into 1 firm tranche and 2 optional according to the sectors of the large Lunaret park over an estimated period of 6 years:
TF: Valette sector + clearings and Belvederes.
To1: Montmaur sector + Campus sectorD'AGROPOLIS.
TO2: The surrounding public spaces between the chemin de Montmaur, the greenhouse and the future entry of the zoo.
The "framework agreement to order formal" for a duration of 48 months, corresponds to a framework agreement with maximum (fixed at 60,000 euros (s) HT), passed in application of the order codepublic, which sets the conditions for carrying out services and executed as the order of purchase orders.c...
