Project management framework agreement mainly comprising:
On the basis of already existing elements, Realization of a synthetic guide plan meeting the objectives, initial data, requirements and constraints determined by the contracting co-owners. This synthetic guide plan specifying in particular, the organization of public spaces and the vocation of each of these spaces, the built organization and its Programming, the operational planning envisaged (number of sections, chronology, duration) as well as the development costs and the associated programming.
The declination of this synthetic guide plan in composition plans by operational phases;
Management and animation of consultation, By which the urban project manager will accompany the contracting authority in the conduct of public meetings, proposals for supports adapted to the context allowing a dialogue with the population on the issues and expectations, an involvement and a participation of it, by its presence and the development of all the necessary communication media
Assistance in the development and/or updating of regulatory documents: development permit, water law files, proposals for adapted regulatory devices, case by case, environmental study, etc.
