- The purpose of the framework agreement is to define the terms governing the subsequent markets to go during the period fixed in article 5 of this document for the requalification and renewal of the ex-company cheeses sector and the area of healing activity in Coutances, the characteristics are described at CCTP and which relate to the development of the following sectors: sector 1: area of the healing / sector 2: ex company of cheeses The consultation of project management awaits from the project management group The following skills: -a urban planner, which will intervene in particular in as long as designer of the operation of the operation. It will be the engine element of the requalification of public spaces. -A landscaper -conceptor -A design office in an environment capable of carrying out the necessary prior environmental studies (impact study, evaluation Environmental, Will-Flore Study, ...) and specialized in hydrology/hydraulic for the establishment of the DLE, if applicable. -A road office in roads and various networks which will ensure, during the study phase, the technical feasibility of the project, the design of all infrastructure Intervention sectors (road structures, various networks, ...), and will manage interfaces with external stakeholders (network dealerships, etc.).
