- The purpose of this framework agreement is the purpose of rehabilitation or renovation project management services, or reuse of buildings.
In the sense of this framework agreement, the concept of rehabilitation corresponds to a profound rehabilitation of an old structure (significant modification of volumes orFacades, significant redistribution of spaces ...), which can be accompanied by small extensions. The concept of reuse covered by the framework agreement corresponds to any heavy rehabilitation operation in which the building concerned will change use.
For an operation, the buyermay request the execution of diagnostic studies and/or project management missions in rehabilitation (basic and complementary missions).
This contract is a framework agreement with subsequent markets concluded with four (4) economic operators, subject to a sufficient number ofApplications.
