Project management framework agreement for the development of the Bormottes site - Municipality of the Londe des Maures (83)
The Mediterranean Community of Municipalities Porte des Maures (CCMPM), in accordance with the provisions of article L.300-1 of the town planning code, has decided to develop a development area Economic on the Bormettes site, located in the town of La Londe des Maures (83250). This site corresponds to an old industrial wasteland, active until 1993, the area of which covers around 20ha. As part of this project, the community has entrusted the SAGEP a mandate for The realization of the public facilities necessary for the development of the Bormettes site acting in the name and on behalf of the CCMPM.
This consultation concerns a prime contracting agreement for public spaces and adjoining infrastructure necessary for the development of the Bormettes for its servicing, as well as a first subsequent market (MS1).
The creation of the Zae des Bormettes will focus on three main parts:
- the development of public spaces on the Bormottes site;
- the creation of a landscaped public park by the sea with an area of 3,500m2 and its development;
- The redevelopment of the coastline.
This consultation will give rise to the simultaneous allocation of the framework agreement and the subsequent market number 1 (MS1).
