Description:
This consultation was carried out according to an adapted open procedure, with the possibility of negotiation in compliance with the provisions of articles L2123-1 and R2123-1 1 of the Public Order Code. The operation consists of carrying out the extension of the village hall and storage premises within of the existing building "112" as well as carrying out repairs to the existing building following the extension work. The contract is aimed at a project management team made up of an architect, a structural design office and a fluid design office. Candidates are required to respond in groups. Information regarding the conditions of participation is available in the DCE. The estimated cost of the work excluding studies and preliminary work is 750,000 Euros excluding tax. The holder will be entrusted with a so-called basic mission for new building construction operations. as well as a complementary OPC mission. Information regarding missions is indicated in the DCE. Candidates will be analyzed on two criteria: Technical Value 60% and Price 40%.
