The Eugene Guillevic college in Saint Jean Brevelay welcomes 190 students for 9 divisions.
A diagnosis has been established on the functioning and health of the establishment and points the following issues:
- Theoretical reception capacity: 310 students for 12 divisions
- Spatial organization exploded on the site (5 buildings spread over a land hold of 23000 m2)
- Insufficiency and inadequacy of school life premises including court and household
- Dispersion and inconsistency of premises maintenance and maintenance
- absence of premises dedicated to parent relationships (auditorium, reception office)
- Various inadequacys of premises: misplaced infirmary, sciences far from techno, too small teachers room, etc.
- Very energy -consuming establishment
The project consists So at:
- a dimensioning of the work for 280 students or 10 divisions + 1 Ulis
- Integrate reception and administration in the heart of the college (in the DRC of the External)
- Reposition the court at the center, improve traffic flows
- upgrade the school living premises (courtyard, home notably)
- Coherence in the agent premises
- Reposition the infirmary and if possible review the dimensioning of certain premises
- heavy restructuring DRC and possibly if necessary partial restructuring of the external floor
- Creation of a courtyard
- Creation of toilets
