Built in 1962 and designed by the architect M. Castel, the residence is made up of 2 buildings In R+2, oriented north/south with a part in R+1 at the level of entry n 10. With a total living area of 2,500 m2, this real estate set is made up of 46 collective social housing units with a typology which varies from T2 to T4 depending on the buildings.
The main objective of rehabilitation will be to improve the energy performance of housing currently very energy -consuming, by passing them from the energy label F to B at a minimum, in particular in order to reduce the needs in consumption and the cost of the charges linked for tenants
