Description:
This consultation concerns: the recruitment of a project management team for the energy improvement work on buildings partly making up the seat of the Departmental Council of the Vosges, namely:
-The Presidency;
-L'ancien and the new council;
-The council roomdepartmental and its adjacent spaces.
The thermal study will have to indicate the avenues for thermal improvement to achieve a drop in final energy consumption of -30% taking into account the priorities of the contracting authority, which are:
-The optimization and the modification of the circuits ofInterior heating passing through the creation of a new interior distribution with new transmitters;
-The improvement of thermal comfort.
