Description:
Project management mission for the energy and technical rehabilitation of 734 occupied dwellings divided into 12 buildings ranging from R+4 to R+10, as well as the realization of external landscaping in the perimeter of the residence and the demolition of the social center. The provisional project Also includes the expansion of existing balconies following the installation of the ite.
The missions entrusted to the holder are described in the DCE parts (CCAP and CCTP in particular).
The provisional envelope of the operation is 38,558,500 Euro (s) excl.
The procedure will take place in two laps:
- Phase Applications: Selection of applications admitted to the offer phase according to the terms indicated in the DCE parts and in particular in the consultation regulations;
- Offer phase: selection of the most economically advantageous offer (with or without negotiations)
