Description:
The work will include: 1. The creation of a heating system adapted with the implementation of two geothermal pacs on probes made up of 11 boreholes, the creation of a technical room in the cellar as well as in the future extension of the school, the creation of a technical heat network, the installation hydraulic network and the removal of electric radiators. 2. The thermal renovation of the buildings as well as the rehabilitation of certain spaces with insulation work on walls, floors and ceilings, replacement of joinery, VMC, etc. The creation of an extension for a new class or other use will be optional. 3. The development of the forecourt and the school courtyard will be treated in an optional lot.
