Description:
Description of the operation: This operation, included in the third Vistre flood prevention action program (PAPI 3 Vistre) falling under the jurisdiction of the Nimes Metropole Agglomeration Community, includes two actions aimed at carrying out studies as well as work to the construction of the Rouvieres dam as well as the raising and digging of the Oliveraie dam in Nimes. The purpose of the planned works is to allow a reduction in the discharge flow before the arrival of flood waters from the Cadereau in the Dense Urban Zone (ZUD): The developments thus planned therefore aim to limit the flood flow coming from the Uzes Cadereau in order to allow underground transit without overflowing the Cadereau for a centered 2005 type event.
Beyond this event, the objective is to reduce the impact of flooding and to ensure that for all types of flood, there is no negative impact compared to the currently authorized development situation.
In order to achieve these objectives, the operation program detailed in the specific technical clauses (CCTP) envisages the creation of the Rouviere dam and the development of the the Olive Grove.
To carry out the hydraulic development operation of the Rouvieres and Oliveraie dams, the forecast envelope (overall Co) allocated to the work is €6,600,000 excluding VAT, value Me - Month envelope November 2025.
