The contract is divided into sections, as follows:
Firm section:
* Basic mission:
- Development of pre-project studies (AVP),
- Development of project studies (PRO),
- Assistance for the award of public works and supply contracts (AMT),
- VISA on execution studies,
- Goldfunding, Site Management and Coordination (OPC),
- Work Execution Management (DET),
- Assistance with reception operations (AOR).
* Additional missions:
1. Proposal note for environmental and energy labeling of the development operation,
2. Completedments and updating of the impact study,
3. Development of the ZAC construction file,
4. Development of the Land Transfer Specifications and the Landscape, Architectural and Urban, Environmental, Pluvial and Energy Specifications and Recommendations,
5. Epreparation of files Water law: declaration for the Lezevorc'h sector, authorization for the Kerloic sector,
6. Supplements to the study on the development potential of renewable energies,
7. Development and execution of an in-depth acoustic study,
8. Development and rehearsallization of an in-depth pollution study,
9. Monitoring of construction operations on private plots (at unit price on purchase orders).
