The main object of the market concerns the work necessary to tend towards the conformity of the emerald collection system, as well as securing the transfer of effluents from the right bank to the left bank. and return of 25,000 m3 (named Pasteur basin) located at the Jardin Jean-de-Verrazane garden on the right bank of Rouen, including technical room (pampering, pumping, deodorization), and connections of the associated networks;
