Description:
The purpose of this market is the mission of project management for the creation of a kitchen and a refectory at the Olympe college in Gouges in Velines. The operation consists in the construction of a new work. The mission entrusted includes basic missions with sketch, execution studies and Additional missions file of the works executed (DOE) and safety of fire systems (SSI) The overall execution time of services is 38 months including the period of perfect completion of 12 months. As an indication, the period of execution of the services of the market Escape according to the following schedule: - Beginning of execution of studies: August 2025 - Consultation for the work: April 2026 - Reception of the work: September 2027 The provisional cost is known. It follows from a provisional provisional estimate in the amount of 1,400,000 euros HT (estimate in June 2025)
