Description:
The city of Marignane, with more than 33,000 inhabitants, aware of the evolution of practices in the funeral field, and in order to improve its public funeral service, wishes to create a funeral center on its territory (funeral chamber and funeral pump agency). It's the design and The follow -up of the construction work of this establishment which is the subject of this project management consultation. The share of the forecast envelope allocated to the work is estimated at 1,250,000 Euro (s) HT maximum for the building part and for external arrangements directly linked to the operation. There is no delivery of service for this consultation. The date of start of forecasting of the services is October 2026. Duration envisaged of the project management mission: 30 months including the warranty period of perfect completion (GPA)
