• Description:
• The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out a project management mission for the development operation of the ZAC des Lauves in the commune of Saint-Paul-lès-Durance. The SPLA Pays d-Aix Territoires wishes to appoint a multidisciplinary team responsible for to carry out part or all of the following missions: A category A: Architect-urban planner and landscape missions: A-1: ​​Finalization of the development plan; A-2: Preparation of the ZAC construction file; A-3: Development of the CPAUPE; A-4: Preparation of batch sheets; A-5: Opinion on building permit and architectural monitoring. A category B: Project management missions: B-1: AVP: Preliminary project; B-2: PRO: Project; B-3: ACT: assistance with the award of works contracts; B-4: VISA: visa for execution studies; B-5: DET: Directorate for the execution of works; B-6: AOR/GPA: Assistance with reception operations and guarantee of perfect completion. This is a framework services agreement. This is a framework agreement within the meaning of articles R. 2162-2 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code concluded with an economic operator. The framework agreement will be executed partly by the conclusion of subsequent contracts and partly by the issuance of purchase orders. The terms of allocation of subsequent contracts and issuance of purchase orders appear in the CCAP/specifications.
