- an architectural competition is organized concerning a project management assignment passed pursuant to Articles L.2125-1 and L.2172-1 of Ordinance No. 2018-1074 of November 26, 2018 and Chap Ii-Title VI Book I of Decree No. 2018-1075 of December 3, 2018 for the restructuring, elevationn 20 nursing home beds, and the extension of day care and gerontological assistance and resource services on the Les Sylphes residence site in Saint-Brevin-Les-Pins. The project consists of the restructuring of 681 m2 SDO, the elevation of 882 square meters SDO, and the extension of 199 mare SDO squares. This competition is organized on the submission of a "Sketch". The estimated cost of the work is set at 4,850,000 euros (excl. tax). The mission is a basic mission supplemented by additional services indicated in the consultation rules
