Description:
The project management contract concerns the renovation of the half-board and boiler room of the Paul Langevin College in Guilvinec. The overall estimated cost of the work is €1,071,000 excluding tax (September 2025 value). The services include additional missions DIAG, DQE, SSI, OPC. There The estimated overall duration of the contract is 42 months from its notification until the end of the last GPA reserve. This consultation is aimed at multidisciplinary project management teams made up in particular of candidates belonging to the regulated profession of architect. in accordance with the provisions of article 3 of law n77-2 of January 3, 1977 on architecture (manager of the group) and the following other powers: Structure; Fluids; Thermal; Construction economics; VRD; Acoustics; BET Cuisine; OPC; SSI. Experience in asbestos removal must be proven. The architect will be the representative of the group.
