Concerning the new building:

-BEE Profile City of Paris
- Effinergie label + Bbio max and Cep.nr max -20% + Ic Energy level 2028 + Ic Construction level 2028
-BBCA level 1 label
This operation must be part of an ambitious environmental approach and must fall within the framework established by the bioclimatic PLU which entered into force during the Paris Council of November 20 2024
