Description:
This market, in the form of a framework agreement, aims to be supported in the project to extend the Pres cemetery in the commune of Clichy-sous-bois from the pre-project phase until assistance with reception operations for sector 1 and until the drafting of contracts for sector 2. In this sense, the expected elements of project management are as follows: -The development of a preliminary project specifying the project on all technical, legal, and financial aspects, etc. -Development of a final preliminary project allowing the project to be validated on the basis of conformity regulatory and general technical, landscape provisions, forecast duration and provisional estimate of costs etc. - Assistance with the award of procurement and works contracts with the drafting of DCEs (CCTP in particular) and the analysis of offers verifying the conformity of the responses by report to the established design and draft a response analysis document.-Participation and management of the execution study phases and management and monitoring of works contracts, on an administrative, legal, operational and calendar level. The AMO must also allow the city to pronounce reception and obtain the lifting of any reservations. (Perfect completion guarantee period).
