the contract concluded with the holder is a project management contract relating to the construction project of the inter-municipal media library of the country of Chantonnay (85) the new complex to be built at 4 Avenue Georges Clemenceau in Chantonnay will include: - Conservation and use of the media library on 2floors, -Extension of the media library in the DRC, in the grip of the current courtyard, -physically connect the media library to the building of the youth space, but this will be left as it is inside; only the facade to be refreshed to harmonize the whole project,-the facade of the largege, not functionally integrated into the project, will also be refreshed, to harmonize the whole project, - treat the outdoor spaces to make it a place of conviviality and convergence.estructuring -520 square meters in new construction -320 square meters in demolition -300 square meters of development forecourt / green spaces / technical area / reading gardenthe site concerned represents a total area of 5,520 square meters
