• Description:
• The mission entrusted to the Project Manager constitutes the basic mission in the context of rehabilitation operations for building works. This basic mission is supplemented by the following services: - “Technical” Diagnostic Element -Mission complémentaire de Diagnostic "Energétique" -Mission “PEMD diagnosis” -Mission “Thermal Studies” The OPC mission will be entrusted to an external service provider. The work will be carried out in an unoccupied environment. The candidates must present a multidisciplinary team composed of specialists capable of mastering all the disciplines necessary to carry out the mission and bringing together at least skills in the following areas: - Architecture, - Building thermal engineering, - Building structural engineering, - Thermal (DPE 3CL + THC-ex method), - Technical The duration of 38 months indicated in this notice includes the duration of the studies, the duration of the work completion, the duration of execution of the work and the year of perfect completion. The estimated financial envelope allocated to carrying out the work is 2,800,000 euro(s) excluding tax. The estimated duration of the work (excluding the preparation period) is 16 months.
