The purpose of this contract is to carry out a project management mission for the rehabilitation of the 202 housing units on block 3 Pierre de Montreuil in Saint-Denis (93200). The elements of the mission are more precisely indicated in the provisional program of the operation. The services ofproject management include the following elements: Diagnosis (Diag), Summary preliminary project studies (Aps), Final preliminary project studies (Apd), Project studies (Pro), Assistance to the project owner for the award of the works contract (Act), Examination of conformity to the project of studiesexecution and their visa (Visa), Direction of execution of the contract (Det), Assistance to the project owner for reception operations and during the guarantee of perfect completion (Aor).
