As part of works contracts, the following services will not be included:
* developments of municipal powers such as: burying of networks, construction of municipal equipment/structure, lighting, urban furniture of specific municipal competence;
* public lighting (furniture and networks);
* the diversion of dealer networks necessary for the project
Requalification of the parade ground and approaches in Harfleur
- Nature and form of the contract (Cf. art 2-3 of the consultation regulations) This consultation will give rise to: For lot no. 1, the establishment of a project management contract in tranches at mixed prices: * A fixed part for the firm tranche and the optional tranche * A part at unit prices, with purchase orders for additional missions, without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 50,000 euro(s) excluding tax
Requalification of avenue President Wilson and rue Mederic Descahamps in Montivilliers
- Nature and form of the contract (Cf. art 2-3 of the consultation regulations) For lot no. 2, the establishment of a project management contract part at mixed prices: * A lump sum part for basic missions * A part at unit prices, with purchase orders for additional missions, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 60,000 euro(s) excluding tax
