Description:
Located at the corner of avenues Carnot and Leon Eyrolles in Cachan, the future Arcueil-Cachan station of the new line 15 south is under construction with entry into service planned for early 2027. This arrival is part of a larger project to build a new mixed Eco-Quartier composed of housing, businesses, offices, new public spaces, etc. Together, EcoQuartier and the new station form the Pole Gare project, meeting the specifications of Ile de France Mobilite for the Development of Multimodal Interchange Hubs. As part of this project, shared governance between the Societe du Grand Paris, the City of Cachan, the Val-de-Marne Departmental Council, the RATP and Ile de France Mobilites has been set up since 2017. Preliminary studies led to the development of a reference plan notified by the parties in January 2023 defining the necessary developments, their project management and their financing.
The purpose of this consultation is therefore to appoint the project manager for the redevelopment of public spaces falling to the EPT in the Arcueil-Cachan station center in Cachan.
