Description of services: - Description of services: Market for control of'work (basic mission as defined in articles R. 2431-19 to R. 2431-23 of the public procurement code, as well as its appendix 20, optional EXE and OPC missions). The CAPA wishes to create on the cadastral plot AI13 (78,755 square meters), an urban park and a parking lot at the entrance to the town.e. It has entrusted a delegated project management mandate to the SPL AMETARRA for the conduct of the design and implementation of these programs. The future urban park must correspond to a vast leisure space in a wooded environment of the shrub type . It responds to the will of doter the city and the Ajaccien country with a public space of the landscape park type in which the inhabitants can come to walk, relax, play sports, have fun... It must be connected to the coast at the bottom of the bay but also to Mount Sant Angelo, the future hospital, the STILETTO district andto that of MEZZAVIA. The car park must meet the needs of serving the city center and those of the cable car which is currently in the design phase. It is part of a global mobility offer at the entrance to the city.
