• Description:
• The Municipality of Vitry-le-François wishes to have a new building to accommodate a health center in order to meet the need for reception by doctors and other health professionals. The plot is located in the heart of the Hamois district currently being requalified as part of an ANRU 2 urban renovation operation. The plot area is 3200m². The PLU is being modified to correspond to these urban transformations but must be applied to this stage the PLU in progress in the Municipality of Vitry-le-François unless the new PLU comes into force on the date of the launch of the MOE consultation. The construction of a new health center will make it possible to meet the growing needs in the region on the support and accessibility to care, both in the medical and paramedical fields. This new equipment will improve working conditions and practices, by presenting means adapted to different exercises, but also by promoting interprofessional links. The building will thus respond to several issues linked to access to care: ▸ Organize and improve care provision; ▸ Facilitate the training of young professionals (interns, MK students and SF); ▸ Raise patients- awareness of health-promoting actions.
