The consultation is non-allotment.
It is also composed, concerning the infrastructure work(s), of the mission elements defined in articles R2431-24 to R2431-31.
Two complementary missions "PEMD diagnostics and "Dynamic thermal simulation study" are also requested.
The market moved to a global and fixed price.
Services will begin upon receipt of the order letter ordering the start of the first element of the mission and will be completed after the expiry of the one-year guarantee for the work carried out in application of the studies carried out.
