- The project aims to deploy electric charging stations at the Grenay and Henin Beaumont bus depots. The long-term objective is to be able to benefit from a fleet of 30 electric charging buses at each depot. Initially, Only 09 Buses Will Be Powered By Charging Stationsge Electric, But The Civil Engineering Infrastructures Will Be Sized For A Supply Of 30 Buses. Going Electric Is An Important Change For A Depot Dedicated To Thermal Buses. The energy will be served by wiring. The energy input should be available in a powere Sufficient To Simultaneously Recharge All Of The Buses Concerned By The Operation. The buses will be fitted with 200Kw peak and 130Kw continuous electric motors, with a battery capacity of between 350 and 450 Kwh. Their reception is scheduled for February 2024. To welcome a new Flotte of electric buses, the bus parking lots of the two depots will undergo a transformation. New substations will be connected to the network, the electrical panels will eventually be distributed to limit the lengths of trenches and cables to each load island.
