Description:
This contract is part of a work operation relating to the hydraulic development of the Cadereau d'Uzes to the right of the La Gazelle school group, an infrastructure work under new construction. This operation is part of the overall watercourse development program of the city of Nimes says CADEREAU program. It thus aims to ensure the overall hydraulic efficiency of the operations program and to achieve the protection objectives set, within a dual principle of upstream-downstream and urban-rural solidarity. As a reminder, the target protection objective is a September 8, 2005 type event centered by watershed.
The framework work to be created, the subject of this contract, must meet the following objectives:
- Allow the transfer of flows from the Uzes Cadereau by increasing the capacity of the structures to achieve, if possible, the objectives of protection;
- Collect surface rainwater runoff on the right-of-way and near the operation.
The AVP/PRO/ACT/VISA/DET/OPC/AOR mission concerning this operation will cover a study sector starting from upstream of the Sophoras / Ambroise Croizat intersection at rue des palmiers, and up to downstream of Rue du Jeu de Boules for hydraulic studies.
The share of the financial envelope allocated to the work by the project owner is set in article 2.2 of the Deed of Commitment.
