Description:
Project management mission relating to the creation of the accesses and networks necessary for the operations carried out in the Fort des Tetes in Briancon. These services are part of the work of the real estate operators selected as part of the Call for Expressions of Interest Consultation of real estate operators for the sale of buildings to be renovated with building rights and the creation of the 2030 Olympic village of Briancon, launched by Solideo Alpes 2030 on 2? quarter 2025. At the same time, work to rehabilitate the ramparts and develop public spaces are scheduled under project management Solideo Alpes 2030 for the period 2027-2029. The COJOP will also intervene in 2029 for temporary arrangements linked to the preparation of the Olympic Games. The mission entrusted must make it possible to design and coordinate the implementation of roads and networks necessary for the various projects from 2027, integrating the needs of the Games and Legacy phases as well as the associated conservation measures. The contract includes a firm tranche and four optional tranches, as defined in article 1.2 of the consultation regulations.
