Description:
The project manager will be entrusted to a basic mission as defined in articles R 2431-4 and R 2431-5 of the public procurement code, extended to diagnostic studies and to the implementation of a PEMD diagnosis. This consultation is open to project managers and studies officesSpecialized possibly made up of the project management team and with skills of thermal and heating design offices. The mission entrusted to the project manager is the subject of a single tranche. The mission entrusted to the project manager is divided into two phases defined as follows:- Phase 1: Design Studies for the 242 housing and monitoring of the realization for the work of buildings A, B, C, and H (120 dwellings) - Phase 2: Monitoring of the realization for the work of the buildings D, E, F and G (122 dwellings) Provisional date starting services: July 2025Provisional date for starting the work: June 2026 (work of buildings A, B, C, and H (120 dwellings) and July 2027 (Buildings D, E, F and G (122housing)
