To the project manager, a basic mission as defined in articles R 2431-4 and R 2431-5 of the public order code, extended to diagnostic studies and to carrying out a PEMD diagnosis.
This consultation is open to project managers and specialized studies officesPossibly made up of the project management team and with skills of thermal design offices and heating.
The mission entrusted to the project manager is the subject of a single section.
The mission entrusted to the project manager is divided into two phases defined as follows:
- Phase 1:Design Studies for the 242 housing units and monitoring of the realization for the work of buildings A, B, C, and H (120 dwellings)
- Phase 2: Monitoring of the realization for the work of the buildings D, E, F and G (122 housing)
