Description:
This consultation is an architecture and engineering competition on ESQUISSE +. This consultation concerns the construction of a tennis and multisport hall within the Omblais sports complex in BETTON). This new equipment, with an estimated surface area of 2,892 m2, will have four tennis courts, two of which can be shared, and a convivial space. The share of the forecast financial envelope allocated to the work by the project owner is 3,000,000 Euros excluding tax (Value June 2025), excluding photovoltaic panels, the installation of which will be carried out by a external operator. The purpose of the competition is to select one or more winners with a view to awarding a contract negotiated without advertising or competitive bidding relating to the project management mission for said equipment, which will include a basic mission containing the following elements: ESQ + (Sketch studies +), APS (Summary pre-project studies), APD (Definitive preliminary project studies), PRO/DCE (Project studies consultation file for companies), AMT (Assistance for the award of works contracts), EXE (Execution studies for fluids only), VISA, DET (Management of the execution of works contracts), AORGPA (Assistance during reception operations and during the guarantee period of perfect completion) + an OPC mission (Scheduling Management and Coordination) as well as the following additional missions: CSSI (Coordination of security systems ...
