- In order to give young people to the CEF, the possibility of eating on the site, the Ministry of Justice has initiated a feasibility and programming study for the reconstruction of the current kitchen of the Bures-sur-Yvette site, allowing to serve around thirty covers per day. In Effect, following the sanitary control carried out in the premises of the kitchen of the Closed Educational Center (CEF) of Bures-sur-Yvette, the kitchen was closed. The objective is therefore the creation of a new kitchen, which can accommodate the 2 educational centers with different safety levels. CEF and Ueaj.
