New construction of the shared museum reserves of museums in the city of Le Mans, a floor area of around 3,200 m2, and a budget of 8,500,000 Euro (s) excl. About 80% of surfaces concern the lasting conservation spaces of the collections. The building also welcomesSpaces linked to movement / management and workspaces on collections (packaging / unpacking and state observation activities), as well as a multipurpose room for the treatment of collections. The building will comply with the regulations in force concerning environmental aspects, carbonand energy (RE 2020, Climate & Resilience law for roofing occupation, etc.). There will also be a self -consumption goal for this building, via the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof. A bioclimatic design is expected.
