Description:
The consultation concerns a restricted sketch competition organized in accordance with articles L.2125-1 2 and R.2162-15
et seq. of the public procurement code (CCP).
In accordance with article R. 2122-6 of the CCP, the competition will be followed by a procedure without advertising or competitive bidding.
prerequisites allowing the buyer to negotiate with the winner(s) of the competition.
The overall forecast duration of execution of the project management contract is estimated at 39 months, not including the year of
guarantee of perfect completion applicable to works contracts, which corresponds to the completion of the mastery mission
of work.
The portion of the forecast financial envelope allocated to the work is estimated at 7,300,000 euro(s) excluding tax.
The mission of base includes: ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET and AOR. The market is also made up of two
optional tranches: OPC and SYNT. The detail of the missions can be found in article 4 of the competition regulations
