Description:
This contract concerns the execution of a project management contract concerning the realization of the interior and exterior fittings of housing and commercial buildings in the town of Chessy. This contract is in the form of a basic mission within the meaning of the MOP law. The works are estimated at EUR 2,000,000 excluding tax, excluding project management fees, value October 2025. It should be noted that the program and the amount of the financial envelope for the operation may change during the pre-project studies, the consequences of which will be taken into account by endorsement.
This contract is a project management competition organized in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2125-1, R. 2162-15 to R. 2162-26, and R. 2172-1 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code.
