Description:
The purpose of this market is to the master's control services for the construction of 4 dwellings on lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the Bouilletterie residence as well as the construction of a common room of 100m² in continuity development. The planned project will be made up of 2 T2 and 2 T3 and will each include a garage. External arrangements and parking lots will also be expected. It is specified that the first phase servicing is already carried out. The common room will be of an area of 100m² and will include a kitchen area, sanitary facilities and a locker room. The construction of the common house takes place on behalf of the City as part of a MOAD agreement. 2 sketches will be requested. The provisional estimate of the work is 620,000 including tax.
