Description:
Project management competition on sketch.
The details of the missions entrusted to the holder is the specifications.
The services are paid by flat -rate prices.
The project consists of construction and development:
- surfaces built at Height of 472 m2 of surfaces in work divided into 2 buildings (1 re -use building / agents' premises of approximately 369 m2 Su and 1 building agents of around 24 m2 SU).
- outdoor surfaces of approximately 5,063 m2, to be adapted to the project
The financial envelope allocated to work by the master of work is estimated at 2,800,000 Euro (s) HT (value November 2024).
This period will be specified in the program communicated to the 3 candidates selected during the second phase of competition.
By application of article L.2421-4 2 of the code of public procurement, the development of the program and the determination of the provisional financial envelope can continue during pre-project studies. The consequences of the development of the program and the forecast financial envelope will be taken into account by way of amendment.
