Project management competition for the restructuring and extension of the Jean Taris school campus in Peyrehorade (40) including a basic mission with ESQ and VISA, additional missions: environmental mission (ENV), SSI coordination mission (security, fire), (SSI), mission assistancethis in the event of a dispute with third parties (ALT), mission to determine operating and maintenance costs (CEM), mission to diagnose existing assets (DIAG), mission to process signage (TDS), mission to assist with clause d social integration (ACLIS), assistance mission for the integration offurniture (MOB), mission to produce an information or communication brochure (PLQ), mission to summarize studies (SYN), mission to approach overall costs (ACG); other additional missions: consolidation of specifications in the ABYLA software (asset management software), monitoringpossible environmental files (water law, 4-season studies, synthesis and application) and other mission: OPC. The surface area to be restructured is 4,400 m2, that to be created is 2,100 m2 and that to be demolished is 700 m2.
