Description:
Sketch-based project management competition. The details of the missions entrusted to the holder appear in the specifications. Services are paid by fixed prices. The purpose of this consultation is to select candidates admitted to present a draft file with a view to choosing a project management team for the restructuring and extension of the Emergency Department and the Continuous Surveillance Unit (USC) of the Marie-Jose-TREFFOT Hospital Center located Avenue Marechal-Juin 83400 HYERES. The current Emergency Department presents significant dysfunctions, mainly due to undersizing of premises. This situation compromises the smooth running of activities as well as the quality of patient care. Rapid intervention is therefore necessary, motivating the hospital center's decision to undertake a restructuring and extension of the existing service. As part of this operation, the new building must at least reach the E3C1 level and take into account the thermal regulations applicable on the date of submission of the PC. The project is developed in two phases: a first provisional phase, carried out directly by the Project Owner (MOA), and a definitive phase. The final phase of the project is the subject of this consultation. The work is carried out on an occupied site, with all site activities continuing.
