Description:
Project management competition on sketch with a view to the renovation and extension of the Aldo Ferraro school group located at 4 rue Henri Chiron in Angers, in application of articles R 2162-15 to R 2162-21 and R 2172-1 to R 2172-6 of the public procurement code.
Project objective: adapt the establishment to urban developments in the district by strengthening its visibility and accessibility from Patton avenue, in particular by the reversal of access connected to a security and peaceful forecourt. The project also aims to create a secure and peaceful forecourt, to rebirth outdoor courses to improve The living environment, to rethink interior spaces (teaching, extracurricular, catering) to anticipate the increase in staff, and to initiate a global thermal renovation of buildings to guarantee the comfort of users.

Completed by the additional missions: permit/SSI/STD/FLJ/Carbon/DD/ACV assessment
The CEM/SYN supplementary missions will be presented in the form of a PSE whose response is compulsory.
At the stage of the program the indicative part of the project envelope is of 5,740,000 EUR HT (value April 2025)
