Description:
The purpose of this public call is to select the candidates admitted to present an offer during the consultation relating to the services designated below:
Project management competition for the demolition and reconstruction of the Educational Pole: Early Childhood House (MPE) and Descartes / Ru Montfort school group (elementary school + nursery school).
Its purpose is the designation of the team which will be responsible for the demolition and reconstruction of the Educational Pole (MPE & GS Descartes).
The city as a contracting authority, launches a public appeal notice for candidates before Allow him to select 4 project management groups (hereinafter candidates).
After preselection of 4 candidates (phase 1), the competition will take place in a phase at the end of which the preselected candidates will provide a service of the ESQ level (sketch) (phase 2).
The expected level of rendering is ESQ+, there is no 3D model.
This consultation aims at the conclusion with the final winner, of a project management service market, subject to book 4 of the second part of the public procurement code.
Candidates will have to present the technical, professional, sufficient economic and financial to perform the services subject to the market.
