Description:
1) Missions of the prime contractor:
-basic directors in accordance with articles L.2431-3 and R.2431-4 of the public procurement code;
-execution studs for technical batches (-structures, plumbing-heating-ventilation, strong and weak and weak power engineering, acoustics, VRD, food cold);
-Comparative study of energy choice;
-realization of quantitatives of all lots;
-Or -planning, planning, coordination and site management (OPC).
2) Main characteristics of the work:
This operation is to build a central kitchen capacity 3,000 meals/day.
The building, in its design, its operation and its exploitation must be part of a coherent sustainable development approach, that is to say a relevant design which promotes the comfort of users and users, while registering in a Technical-economic approach sensitive to environmental issues.
In addition, the central kitchen building being very close to that of the departmental vegetableie for which integration into the site has been reflected, architectural consistency is required between the existing building (or in project) and the building created (preservation of general harmony and in particular volumes and forms).
