- this competition is organized for the development and construction of the SIETOM waste disposal and recycling center in Pontault-Combault (77). considered instead of the siteof the current waste disposal site, as well as on the adjacent wooded plots. The project will include the following works: - construction of the new waste disposal site on the bare part (involves the clearing of the area), including local guards and for the deposit of waste specific. -Demolition of the yearthis dump. - Construction of the recyclerie. the estimated cost of the work for the entire project is estimated at 3.8 m? ht of which approximately 1.1 m? ht for the waste disposal area and 2.7 m? ht for the recycling area. the level of design of the services requested is the sketch. The holderwill be entrusted with the elements of the main project management mission for infrastructure works and construction of new buildings, as defined in the decree of March 22, 2019 - annexes I and III, specifying the technical methods of the elements of mission of control of opens confied by public contracting authorities to private law service providers as well as the complementary missions of project management opc, pc, icpe, Environment
