This consultation concerns a limited project management competition in application of articles L.2125-1 2 and R.2162-15 to R.2162-26 of the public procurement code. The mission entrusted to the competition winner is a "basic mission" with EXE and OPC missions. The forecast envelope Global work is 5,761,000 Euro (s) HT.
The duration of the market will start from its notification date until the end of the warranty period perfect completion of the work. As an indication, the forecast duration of the market is set at 48 months. The services will be funded par Equity and Plai/Plus/BRS loans. This is the launch of the first phase of the competition in order to select four candidates. These four candidates will present a project, which will be analyzed in accordance with the rules set out in the competition regulations in order to retain a project
