Description:
Restricted competition on "sketch" organized with a view to awarding a project management contract relating to:
The construction of a Center for Introduction to Nature and the Environment (CINE) in SAINT-LOUIS.
Saint-Louis Agglomeration and the Association of the Petite Camargue Alsacienne, have initiated a reflection on the creation of a reception building at one of the entrance gates to the Petite Camargue Alsacienne nature reserve.
The objective is twofold:
- Create a building visible from rue de Strasbourg, right at the "strategic" crossroads leading to the nature reserve from the main road (e.g. R.N. 66). It will be an exemplary building in terms of energy saving (capable of reaching passive levels) and thermal comfort. The use of biosourced and geo-sourced materials will be an undeniable asset for this project.
- Meet the needs for premises, rooms activities, offices, etc., of the Center for Introduction to Nature and the Environment (CINE), currently cramped and scattered over several locations.

The share of the financial envelope allocated by the project owner to the work is:
2,108,700.00 euro(s) excluding tax without options, value June 2025.
2,305,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax with options, value June 2025.
