- This competition will give rise to the conclusion of a project management market with the winner. It will be concluded without advertising or competition. The mission will be a basic mission + exe. The SSI and thermal study missions will be in PES. The OPC mission will be outsourced.
Applications will be presented anonymously to the jury.
Applicants admitted to compete must submit a "sketch +" type project
Mandatory architects of a group are prohibited from presenting several applications by acting both as an agent of a group and individual candidates and/or members of one or more groups.
This exclusive provision relates only to the agent architect of a group, the various design offices being authorized to apply within several groups
